Ingredients:
1 cup Cauliflower Rice 1 Salmon Filet 1/2 cup Shredded Carrots 1/2 Avocado Soy Sauce and Rice Vinegar to taste Instructions: Scoop out a cup of cauliflower rice and cook that until soft. Shred Carrots and take salmon off the skin. In a separate bowl add salmon to soy sauce and rice vinegar and stir let sit for a few mins. Half the avocado and slice into cubes or strips. Add cauliflower rice to a bowl add carrots and avocado. Add salmon and the use the remaining sauce on the dish. Top with Sesame Seeds but I didn’t have any and enjoy! Macro Count: 369 Calories 12 Carbs /27 Fat /25 Protein
