1 Smith Field Foods Mushroom Pork Loin
1/4-1/2 Cup Steamed Carrots
1 container Bob Evans Mashed Potatoes
Take pork loin out and get it to room temperature before cooking.
Line a baking sheet with tin foil to avoid the messy clean up afterwards.
Preheat oven to 375°
Once oven is preheated put pork lion on baking sheet and cook for as long as it says on the package. But it goes by the pound so the smaller it is the less time it will take to cook.
While that is cooking steam the carrots.
Heat up mashed potatoes in a pan with butter and milk if needed.
Once pork is cooked and done. Let sit for a few mins before cutting.
Finish off the carrots and mashed potatoes.
Cut the pork, grab a plate and put 2-3 pieces on or about 4oz.
Add carrots and mashed and then drizzle on the mushroom sauce and we added more mushrooms because we like mushrooms in this house.
