2 Mini Cucumbers
3 oz Grape Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Baby Carrots
Lite dressing with Salt and Pepper
2 Rice Cakes
Cut up mini cucumbers and put into bowl.
Measure out a 1/2 cup of baby carrots and add those to the bowl.
Finish off with 3 oz grape tomatoes.
Drizzle with some dressing, Salt and Pepper and enjoy!
Pull out two Rice Cakes of choice and have with your favorite choice of drink, today mine is Earl Grey Tea.
