Ingredients:
1 egg 3 tbsp of Egg Whites 2 cups of Spinach 2 Turkey Patties 1 1/2 Kiwis 1/2 Cup Blueberries • Coffee: 1 tbsp Caramel Syrup 1 tbsp Peppermint Mocha Creamer 1 Nantucket Blend K Cup Instructions: Measure out egg white and crack in egg, shake or whip well. Heat up a pan with oil or spray and pour in egg mixture. Cook until not runny add in spinach and then flip it into an omelette. Flip over and let cook on the other side. Grab a plate and put the omelette on the plate. In the same pan cook the Turkey patties until throughly cooked. Put on same plate with omelette. Cut up kiwis and measure out blueberries and add them to a bowl. Put k cup in machine. Brew once done add in syrup and creamer. Mix well and enjoy!
