Ingredients:
16 oz. Ground Turkey Meat 99% FF 1 cup of Baby Bella Mushrooms 1 cup White Onion 1 oz Philadelphia 1/3 Less Fat Cream Cheese 2 tbsp Worcester Sauce 1.5 oz Shredded Cheese 4 Bell Peppers Instructions: Preheat oven to 375° While oven is preheating chop up mushrooms and onions. Clean out peppers and cut the tops off. In a pan heat oil or spray, put in onions until translucent then add in mushrooms. Cook until mushrooms are cooked and then set aside in a bowl. Use the same pan and add in the turkey meat and cook until brown. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in cream cheese, and onions and mushrooms to meat mixture. Stir until cream cheese is melted. Add in Worcester sauce. In your 8x8 pan add water or broth to the bottom. Add peppers in and start to scoop meat mixture into them. Top till you can’t anymore and top each pepper with the shredded cheese. Put the peppers in the oven and cook for about 20 mins until cheese is browned or melted.
