4 oz Pork Chop
1 Butternut Squash
2 handfuls of Green Beans
Preheat oven to 375° and Preheat your grill if using.
Line a sheet pan with foil. In a bowl mix together the apples and butternut squash and toss in cinnamon and brown sugar. Get an even coating on the squash and apples.
Dump the butternut squash and apples on the tray. Sprinkle with cinnamon a little more cinnamon and put into the oven for 25 mins.
While that is roasting. Put the pork chops on the grill. Get green beans ready in a bowl with some water to steam. Make sure you cut the stems off the green beans.
Put those in the microwave in the same bowl, covered with plastic wrap with some air vents for about 3 mins.
While that is happening check on the pork chops with a thermometer and make sure they are fully cooked before taking off the grill.
Grab a plate and start to plate this amazing dish! Start with the pork chop, followed by a scoop of butternut squash and apples. Followed by the steamed green beans. Season to your taste. And as always, enjoy! 😋
