2 pieces Schar Gluten Free Sourdough Bread toasted
1 piece Bacon
1 piece Alpine Lace Swiss Cheese
1 ButterBall Turkey Pattie
4 tbsp Egglands Best Liquid Egg Whites
3 Grape Tomatoes
A drizzle of Ketchup
Toast 2 slices of sourdough bread.
Microwave Bacon and Turkey Pattie since they are already pre cooked to warm up.
Measure out 4 tbsp of Egg whites and put in pan with cooking spray. Season with salt and pepper.
While egg is cooking check on toast and pattie and bacon.
Once toast is done lay Swiss cheese on both sides of the bread.
Top the egg on one side. Followed by the bacon slice. And the turkey pattie. Cut the tomatoes in halves and place on. Drizzle some ketchup and Boom! 💥
