3 oz Rotisserie Chicken
1/4 cup of Shredded Cheese
1 Quinoa Flour Tortilla
1/4 cup of Hot Sauce
1/2 the bag of Light Caesar Salad
Put chicken and hot sauce in pan and combine until well covered and heated up.
Get your tortilla ready in another pan on low, layer on some chicken and cheese. Fold over in half and cook on that side until you see the cheese start to melt.
Flip tortillas the other side and cook until the cheese inside is melted to your likeness.
Once cooked take off the stove and put into a cutting board. Cut into pieces or in half.
Grab a plate and put the quesadilla on the plate. Drizzle on some ranch as a decorative or use it as a dip.
Next combine the salad and the dressing and take out of the portion and put it into a bowl.
